We source exclusively through direct single-origin partnerships, selecting beans grown at elevations above 1,600 meters. Every harvest is roasted to honor its regional terroir and natural fruit complexity.

Water is custom-mineralized to 130 TDS and heated to 93.5°C to maximize extraction clarity without bitterness. Every single pour-over and espresso shot follows precise brew ratios to the tenth of a gram.
